The poly-surface agent developed by our company is based on the highly effective salt-resistant polymer, and introduces an appropriate amount of lipophilic group to realize that the polymer chain has two groups of hydrophilic and lipophilic at the same time, that is to say, the polymer chain has amphiphilic structure.so as to achieve a certain surface activity.The poly-surface agent has both good viscosity increasing and strong emulsifying properties, thus realizing enhanced oil recovery(EOR) by improving the oil-water mobility ratio and expanding the swept volume of injected liquid. And the emulsifying and dispersing function also improves the oil-driving efficiency and enhances the oil recovery rate.Poly-surface agent has been widely used in Daqing oilfield of CNPC. Dagang Oil Company and Shengli Oilfield are doing corresponding tests.
CharacteristicEmulsification is one of the main properties of active polymers. Emulsification and dispersion can improve the efficiency of oil washing, and emulsification thickening can further increase the viscosity of polymer solution, improve the profile and expand the swept volume. This property is determined by the molecular structure, rather than simply by the physical mixing of the polymer and the surfactant.
The lipophilic group of the active polymer can be inserted into the oil droplet and adsorbed on the oil-water interface as a whole, which can greatly improve the mechanical properties of the interface and reduce the probability of oil droplet collision and agglomeration, thus improving the stability of the emulsification.In addition, because the emulsification mechanism of active polymer is completely different from that of surfactant,Therefore, the demulsification process is relatively simple and has been proved by many field tests.
Efficient viscosity-increasing performance is also one of the main characteristics of active polymers. The results of concentration and viscosity test under simulated oilfield wastewater shows that the viscosity of the active polymer solution is more than 50% higher than that of the polyacrylamide under the same condition, which can significantly save the amount of polymer and the cost.

At present, Our Polyacrylamide have been sold to Daqing, Shengli, Dagang, Xinjiang, North China, Henan and other major oil fields in China. In addition, it is also sold to Canada, Kazakhstan, Albania, Indonesia, Russia and other countries . All received good reviews from customers.
